These Terms of Sale govern the sale of personalised books offered by Little Legends, a brand of Scancafe Inc.
These Terms of Sale define the rights and obligations of the parties in connection with the online sale of personalised books offered by Little Legends. Any order implies unconditional acceptance of these terms.
Little Legends offers personalised books for children. Each book is uniquely created based on information provided by the customer (child's name, appearance, preferences, etc.). Products are made to order and are 100% personalised.
Prices are displayed in the applicable currency including tax. Prices may change at any time; the price that applies to your order is the one in effect at the time you confirm your order.
To place an order, the customer must complete the online personalisation process and confirm the order. Confirmation of the order constitutes acceptance of these terms and formation of the contract.
Article 5 – Cancellation and Withdrawal
Important: Because our products are 100% personalised, orders cannot be cancelled once production has started.
Personalised books are made specifically for each customer according to their instructions and cannot be resold or reused. Accordingly, the right of withdrawal does not apply to these personalised products.
Exception: If there is a problem with the product received (manufacturing defect, personalisation error on our part, defective product), the customer may contact us within 14 days of receipt to request an exchange or refund. We will resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
Products are produced within approximately 7 working days and delivered to the address given at checkout within a further 2–3 working days. Delivery times are indicative and do not constitute a firm commitment.
Payment is by card or other means offered on the site. Payment is due when the order is confirmed. Payment data is processed securely by our payment providers.
All our products benefit from applicable legal warranties. In case of non-conformity or defect, the customer may request an exchange or refund as set out in Article 5.
Personal data collected when ordering is necessary to process the order and is handled in accordance with our privacy policy.
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Indiana, United States. In case of dispute, we will seek an amicable solution before any legal action.
